The Next Morning!

Now it's time to start  cleaning  off  the  excess  epoxy. The  wooden dowels  placed to prevent the epoxy from filling the plate screw holes came out without any problems. (I sprayed them with a mold release agent before placing them into the holes!)  A sharp  chisel  will  pop  most of  the excess  epoxy off  of the  pinblock area. Spraying  the old portion of the pinblock with a mold release agent helps  also reduces the clean up time.  Just spray before cutting  out the old part of the pinblock to prevent getting the spray on the walls where the epoxy will have to hold.
