Removing Steel Pin
Hole is threaded. Screws go into this to hold unit to manifold
Pneumatic/Valve on LEFTbefore disassembly - Apart on RIGHT
Fingers are glued and screwed to the pneumatic leaf. Screws are removed prior to heating
With Steel Pins removed, valve/pneumatic units are placed in microwave oven, where
after trials, the timing was determined to be 50 seconds with a setting of high.
After heating, the valve/pneumatic assembly is dis-assembled in the following order:
Valve/Pneumatic assemblys are hot. Wear Gloves. First remove wood finger
